Catfish Parlour serves up large portions of US farm raised catfish fried in trans fat free oil served with the house recipe coleslaw, savory pinto beans, homemade hush puppies, jalapeno tartar sauce and a great selection for dessert. The Catfish Parlour also offers great salads and grilled dinners as well. Try grilled chicken or catfish, fried oysters, jumbo shrimp and chicken fried steaks. There is a little (and a lot) of something wonderful for everyone at the Catfish Parlour!

Dave Kerbow opened the first Catfish Parlour in Austin, Texas in 1973 with the idea of serving food that people really like in a comfortable and friendly environment. Catfish Parlour South in South Austin, which opened in 1976, is our first franchise and Catfish Parlour Georgetown opened in 2008.
