Big Cat Card Program Rules
- Big Cat Cards are only valid only at the South location on E. Ben White Blvd.
- You must present your card to the cashier before you pay your ticket to receive points, as our computer system will not allow points after a ticket has already been paid for.
- Present the Big Cat Card each time you visit the South location before you pay your tab and you will receive one point for each dollar spent, not including tax.
- When you reach 120 points, the points will be converted to a $12.00 credit on your card, and then you can redeem that value starting on the next day after you have reached the $12.00 credit. You may let your points accumulate building up more value as long as you wish.
- Big Cat Card rewards are redeemable for only food, beverages or merchandise.
- Big Cat Card rewards can not be redeemed for cash.
- You may use your Big Cat Card for guests you bring, but not with separate tickets. In other words, we will not ring in a bunch of tickets on your card. You must be the one paying the single group ticket.
- If your Big Cat Card is lost or stolen, we can cancel it and issue a new one for the balance remaining. A $1.00 card replacement fee will be charged against your card. Catfish Parlour cannot be responsible for the unauthorized use of your card.
- Catfish Parlour reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time.
- If the program is discontinued, you will still be able to use your earned rewards.
